Online ticket booking is not allowed due to limited seats and time constraints. Only eight batches, with fifty tourists per batch, is allowed on one moon night and the time duration of each batch is 30 minutes. A visitor has to report Shilpgram parking half an hour before the scheduled time. No video camera is allowed inside the Taj Mahal during the night viewing trip.
