The Taj Mahal, one of the seventh wonders of the world and a world heritage site, is the cynosure of Indian tourism in the world. A visitor can enjoy night viewing of the Taj Mahal only five nights a month including the full moon night, two days before and two days after the published full night date on the ASI calendar. The Taj Mahal is closed for night viewing in the holy month of Ramzan and every Friday. The night viewing of the Taj Mahal was allowed for tourists from 28th November 2004. You can book the Taj Mahal Moon night tour through our tour agency. The ticket for the night viewing of the Taj Mahal is booked from the ASI mall road office, one day before the scheduled date. Online ticket booking is not allowed due to limited seats and time constraints. Only eight batches, with fifty tourists per batch, is allowed on one moon night and the time duration of each batch is 30 minutes. A visitor has to report Shilpgram parking half an hour before the scheduled time. No video camera is allowed inside the Taj Mahal during the night viewing trip.
